How does the free trial work?

How does per-user billing work?

You pay a flat $49/month agency base fee plus a per-user charge for each agent active on your VoIP system. Monthly billing is $15/user/month. Annual billing saves you 20% at $12/user/month. For example, 10 active agents on the monthly plan costs $49 + (10 x $15) = $199/month.

What counts as an active user?

An active user is any agent who appears in your VoIP call logs during the billing month. If an agent makes or receives at least one call, they count as a billable user. If they have zero calls that month, they automatically drop off your bill.

Do I need to manually manage users?

No. CallIntel automatically detects active agents from your VoIP system each month. When someone joins your team and starts taking calls, they appear on your bill. When someone leaves or stops taking calls, they drop off automatically.

How do add-ons work?

Add-ons are flat monthly fees that can be added to your plan. They appear as separate line items on your invoice.

Are there any AMS setup fees?

CallIntel does not charge setup fees. However, some Agency Management Systems (such as Applied Epic) may require a one-time integration setup fee on their end. Check with your AMS provider for details.

What phone systems do you support?

We support Dialpad, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, GoTo Connect, and Vonage Business. All providers include AI transcription support.

What AMS systems do you support?

We support PrismAMS, Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, and HawkSoft. All include caller matching and screen pops. Call notes sync directly to PrismAMS, Applied Epic, and AMS360. EZLynx receives call records as attached documents.
