How does the free trial work?

Do you store our call recordings or data?

No. CallIntel does not store your call recordings, transcriptions, or client data. We act as a real-time bridge — data flows from your phone system to your AMS and is never retained on our servers.

What phone systems do you support?

We support Dialpad, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, GoTo Connect, and Vonage Business. All providers include AI call summary support.

What AMS systems do you support?

We integrate with PrismAMS, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, and EZLynx. All include screen pop and call logging. PrismAMS, Applied Epic, and AMS360 sync call notes directly to your AMS. EZLynx syncs call records as attached documents.

How long does setup take?

Most agencies are up and running in under 5 minutes. Our setup wizard walks you through selecting your AMS, connecting your phone system, and entering credentials step by step.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone who needs to receive screen pops or have calls logged — typically your agents and CSRs. Admins who only manage settings don't count.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and we use HTTPS everywhere. Call recordings stay with your VoIP provider — we only process call metadata and transcriptions to sync them to your AMS.
